- Your postal address, when an adoption goes ahead and a kitten needs to travel
- What you tell us about your household, which is how we match kittens to homes
- Payment confirmations — we never see or store card numbers
- Basic analytics about how the site is used
WHY WE HOLD IT
To answer your enquiry, to process an adoption, to transfer the microchip registration into your name, and to stay in touch about your cat afterwards. Newsletter emails are sent only if you asked for them, and stop the moment you unsubscribe.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only where it is necessary to complete your adoption: our veterinary practice, the microchip registry, and a flight nanny or courier if you have chosen one. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Ever.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Enquiries that do not lead to an adoption are deleted after 12 months. Adoption records are kept for the lifetime of the cat, because our return commitment and health guarantee depend on being able to identify them.
COOKIES
We use essential cookies to keep your session and reservation working. Analytics cookies are optional and can be refused without affecting anything on the site.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. If deleting the record would end your health guarantee, we will tell you that clearly before we do it.
