THREE WAYS TO GET YOUR KITTEN HOME

  • Collect in person — free, and always our first preference
  • We drive to you — available within a reasonable radius, for a fuel contribution quoted in advance
  • Cabin flight nanny — a professional carries your kitten in the aircraft cabin and hands them to you at arrivals

WE DO NOT SHIP IN CARGO

Cargo holds are loud, temperature-variable and frightening, and we will not put a twelve-week-old kitten through it. Cabin travel with a nanny costs considerably more, and it is the only air option we offer. If that is not workable for you, collection or road delivery are the alternatives.

WHEN TRAVEL HAPPENS

Never before twelve weeks, and never before the balance has cleared. We book travel once the final vet check is complete and the health certificate is issued, which has to be within 72 hours of departure.

WHAT TRAVELS WITH YOUR KITTEN

  • Health certificate dated within 72 hours of travel
  • Vaccination record card
  • Microchip registration transferred into your name
  • A signed copy of the adoption contract and health guarantee
  • A one-page care sheet written specifically for your kitten
  • Their current food, a scent blanket and a favourite toy

COSTS

Collection is free. Road delivery is charged as a fuel contribution and quoted exactly before you commit. Flight-nanny costs depend entirely on the route and are passed through at cost with the booking confirmation shown to you. We do not add a margin to travel.

DELAYS

If a vet is not satisfied at the final check, travel is postponed — no exceptions and no argument. We will tell you immediately, cover the rebooking, and refund your deposit in full if you would rather not wait.
